INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Ground up Dog Kibble. Use your own dog's kibble this way he is used to it and believe or not ground up kibble makes a great flour for some of your treats.
2 Cups Bisquick Baking Mix.
1 Cooked Chicken Breast, chopped up small.
1 Cup Chopped Carrots.
2 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth, you can use a low salt chicken bullion cube diluted.
1 tbsp. Brewers Yeast.
PREHEAT: Oven to 350 degrees.
BLEND: The Kibble in a food processor or blender until it is coarse and flour like.
MIX:
In a large bowl all your other ingredients until well-blended. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Then take small amounts of your dough, and roll them into small balls. Using the back of a spoon flatten out the cookie. (If this recipe is too moist, it may be due to the weather outside or the altitude you are at. To correct this issue, add more Bisquick, a few tablespoons at a time.)
BAKE: For 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. I prefer to turn off the oven leaving the cookies in there while they cool. This helps to preserve freshness, makes them extra crunchy as well as intensifying the flavor.
STORE: In an air tight container in the fridge. I also like to freeze them.
